Thet the Judge of the Circult Court be hereby requested
toappoint Ches. F. Harrison as attorney to examine and
approve in writing the title to the lot of land being donated
by the Negro citizens of Loudoun County for use as a high
Sthool site at Leesburg, and that the said Bhas. F. Harrison
be hereby designé&jby this board to make the necessary cert-
ificate in connection with the application of this board for
& loan of {30,000 from the State Literary Fund of Virginia for
Ute in erecting a colored high school.
