originating in Virginia over the question of unlawful
discriminetion in the sala-ies of teachers on account of
race or color theat reerence is mede to a decision or
opinion by Judge Chestnut in the case of Mi1lsV. Dosrd of
Educaetion of Ann Arundel Countys,
I shall appreeciate very much you kindness if you
wlll give me the important points of this case. I am
partiéularly interested to know whether the court in rendering
an opihion favorable to the colored teachers set any time limit
within which the saleries of white and colored teechers hed to
