Dear Sir:

vour letter of the fourth is acknowledged and
mueh appreclatede :

1 feel sure that your visit has been of much help
in our situation.

We have aufurther cdfimunication from Attorney
1ouston to present to'our Board on May 14th, but
it does not cover anything newe.

We understood that the property deed can legally
have a reservation cluase in it but our experience
with meny problems relating to this indicate that 1t
is poor business for the school board to accept 8
donation and make an investment with ten times as
much or more under the condition that the title is
not entirely freec.

Very sincerely yours,

‘ Division Superintendént.
